All about Visas
Within the framework of the Agreement on visa-free movement of citizens of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the territory of its participants, signed on October 9, 1992 in Bishkek, a visa-free regime applies to citizens holding all categories of national passports: 1. Azerbaijan
2. Armenia
3. Georgia
4. Moldova.
Within the framework of the Agreements between the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on mutual visa-free trips of citizens, signed on November 30, 2000 in Minsk, in relation to citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation and the Republic Tajikistan has a visa-free regime.
Within the framework of previously concluded (according to the principle of "tacit consent" applied in international law on the continuation of the application of international obligations until the stage of conclusion and entry into new international treaties) agreements between the former USSR and the following foreign states, a visa-free regime operates: 1. Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Agreement between the Government of the USSR and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the conditions for mutual trips of citizens of July 15, 1981);
2. Democratic People's Republic of Korea (Agreement between the Government of the USSR and the Government of the DPRK on the conditions for mutual travel of citizens of January 22, 1986);
3. The Republic of Cuba (Agreement between the Government of the USSR and the Government of the Republic of Cuba on the conditions for mutual trips of citizens of January 10, 1985);
4. Lao People's Democratic Republic (Agreement between the Government of the USSR and the Government of the Lao People's Democratic Republic on a visa-free regime for citizens of both states making business trips on diplomatic or official passports of December 20, 1984).
Within the framework of the Agreements between the Kyrgyz Republic and the following foreign states, a visa-free regime applies:
1. Malaysia (visa-free regime up to 30 days, Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of Malaysia on the partial abolition of the visa regime, signed on July 20, 1995 in Kuala Lumpur);
2. Turkey (visa-free regime up to 60 days, Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on mutual trips of citizens, signed on September 5, 2006 in Ankara);
3. Ukraine (visa-free regime up to 90 days, Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on mutual trips of citizens, signed on February 25, 2004 in Kyiv);
4. Uzbekistan (visa-free regime up to 60 days, Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on mutual trips of citizens, signed on September 3, 2006 in Tashkent);
5. Mongolia (visa-free regime up to 90 days, Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of Mongolia on the conditions for mutual trips of citizens, signed on December 4, 1999 in Bishkek).
In accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the introduction of a visa-free regime for citizens of certain states for up to 60 days" (unilateral decision of the Kyrgyz Republic), citizens of the following states are exempted from visa requirements for up to 60 days for entry / exit of stay in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic: - Аustralian union
